I am getting an error message adding Orders to my Co-op Goal

Howdy Farmers!

We are getting reports from our fellow Farmers that they are getting this message when trying to add more Orders to their Co-op Goal: "Sorry Farmer, there was a problem adding your orders, try again next week". 
We would like to inform players that we have a limit of 35 Orders that you can contribute each week. This is to ensure that all players can contribute to the Co-op Goal. If you have done 35, then you can focus on helping your fellow Co-op members by answering their Calls for Help.

We have received reports that some of you are having problems syncing you're farm to your Windows Phone device. Our Farm workers are aware of this issue and is now working a fix to get you back in the game. Please wait for our hot fix that we will be releasing in the next couple of days to resolve this issue.

Didn't receive the Winter Goose reward? Read on!

Hi Farmers!

We've received reports that some players were not able to receive the Winter Goose which is the reward for completing the Reindeer Rendezvous event. First, please make sure that you know how to place the Goose on your farm, you may refer to this article for the details.

If you already checked the standard animal tab and you're still unable to place the Winter Goose, we'd like everyone to know that we already employed the help of all the Farm Hands on duty to resolve the issue.

Can't find your Winter Goose?

Howdy Farmers!

Are you wondering where the Winter Goose went after you completed the Reindeer Rendezvous event? The Winter Goose will be readily available in the standard animal tab in the General Store (Not in the Prized Animal tab). You just need to access the store and you place the Winter Goose on your farm. You'll need 2 Corns to feed the animal and wait for 8 minutes to gather 4 Eggs from it!
