You can buy the Upgraded Windmill for 60 keys, A Storage Upgrade Pack, and the Siberian Cat.

How often can I buy each item to?

Each item can be purchased once during the Charity Sale, once you purchased each item they will show like below:

 

I see a new Well on the (RED) Carpet Sale pop up, how can I get that?

If you purchase all 3 items you will receive the Strawberry field for free.

What is special about this Strawberry Field?

This strawberry field will yield 6 strawberries instead of 3.
