1. I didn't receive my Horses of the Month pop up. What seems to be the issue with this feature?
- It seems that you didn't receive the notification for the horses of the month. All you need to do is to access the Statue that came with this feature and you should be able to see the option to redeem horses.
2. I exchanged coins for horses, did receive the notification that I redeemed the Horse but I couldn't find it. Where did it go?
- No need to worry, all you need to do is to check your Gift Box for the horse. It should be under the Animals Tab.
3. Do I have to renew monthly to avail of this subscription?
- Yes, you have to. If you took advantage of the 1 year subscription, the game will automatically renew your subscription on the same day every month so no need to subscribe again. However, on the other hand if you just purchased the monthly subscription, you need to subscribe again every time it expires.
4. I don't want to avail of this subscription anymore. Can I unsubscribe from it?
- Yes, you can. All you need to do is to go to the Unsubscribe page for this feature and you will be able to remove it from your account.
5. I didn't redeem the coins last month and I am only seeing 4 coins. Where did the other coins gone?
- It seems that you are missing coins to redeem the horses from last month. No need to worry, all you need to do is to go to the Menu Tool, then click Membership icon. It will show you how many coins are still in your account. The coins should be there.
