We heard there are farmers who couldn't collect the Cheery pink snowflake to help Zing and Zang restore the festive cheer and spirit in FarmVille. It turns out that this is because the feature's first pop-up is a tutorial explaining the mechanics. Click on the green Okay button on the upper left of the feature's window to proceed to the next steps. Once done, you'll reach the page where you can collect the Cheery pink snowflake from our good elves!
